• Contact details you provide when booking or reaching out, such as your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Session informationyou choose to share, such as your child's age and details about their eating patterns, so we can give relevant guidance.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by our gateway, Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment and basic transaction details, but we do not collect or store your full card, UPI, or banking details— these are handled directly by the payment gateway.
• Basic technical data such as your browser type and general usage of the Site, which may be collected automatically.

2. How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and deliver your coaching sessions.
• To process your payment and send booking confirmations and receipts.
• To communicate with you about your session, including follow-up support over WhatsApp where your offering includes it.
• To respond to your enquiries and improve our services.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services, and only as needed:

• Razorpay— to process payments securely.
• Calendar and email/messaging providers— to schedule sessions and send confirmations and reminders.
• Where required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Children's information

Our services support parents and caregivers. Any information about a child is provided by you, the parent or guardian, for the purpose of the coaching. We use it solely to support our work with your family and do not collect information directly from children.

5. Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment data is handled by the payment gateway over secure, encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights
