These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website gunjandewan.com(the "Site") and the coaching services offered by Gunjan Dewan("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. The services

We provide online coaching focused on picky eating, starting solids, and positive parenting around mealtimes. Services are delivered remotely over video call and, where the offering includes it, through follow-up support over WhatsApp. Specific inclusions, duration, and pricing for each offering are described on the Site at the time of booking.

2. Not medical advice

Our coaching is educational and supportive in nature. Gunjan Dewan is a certified picky eating and positive parenting coach, and is not a doctor, registered dietitian, or licensed medical professional. Nothing shared during a session or on the Site is a diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical advice. For any medical concern, including allergies, growth, weight, or a suspected feeding disorder, please consult your pediatrician or a qualified healthcare provider. You are responsible for decisions you make for your child.

3. Booking and payment

Sessions are booked through the Site or our listed booking partner. Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in full at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received. We do not store your full card or banking details; these are handled by the payment gateway.

4. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations

Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking and during sessions so we can give relevant guidance.
• Join your scheduled session on time using the link or details we share.
• Use the services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and any materials shared with you, such as plans, frameworks, and resources, are the intellectual property of Gunjan Dewan and are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publish them without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with care, but results vary from family to family and we cannot guarantee any specific outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gunjan Dewan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
