Cancellation & Refunds

We want every family to get value from working with Gunjan Dewan. This policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds work for sessions and programs booked through gunjandewan.com.

1. Rescheduling

Life happens. You may reschedule your session at no charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session are accommodated at our discretion, subject to availability.

2. Cancellations and refunds for single sessions

• Cancelled 24 or more hours before the session: you are eligible for a full refund, or you may reschedule.
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before the session, or a no-show: the session is non-refundable, as the time was reserved for you.
• Once a session has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

3. The 10-Day Picky Eating Program

Because the program combines a live coaching call with several days of dedicated personal support, it is treated as a single package. You may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the first call. Once the first call has taken place or WhatsApp support has begun, the program is non-refundable. If exceptional circumstances arise, reach out and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

4. If we cancel

If we need to cancel or reschedule on our side and cannot offer you a suitable alternative time, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email us at hello@gunjandewan.com or contact us through our Contact page with your name, the email used to book, and your session details.

6. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the exact time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
